Same day if you book before 10:00 and there’s a slot open in your postcode; otherwise the next morning. Windows run 07:00–09:00 through 17:00–19:00, seven days a week.
Is the price on screen the final price?
Yes — postcode pricing includes labour, fuel, and licensed disposal fees. Fridges, mattresses, upright pianos and plasterboard carry a per-item surcharge, and we flag it before you confirm the booking.
What can’t you take?
Asbestos, clinical waste, tyres, and anything hazardous under WM3 rules. If you’re not sure, send a photo when you book — we’ll confirm before the van rolls.
Are you licensed?
Registered Upper Tier Waste Carrier with the Environment Agency, DBS-checked crew, and public-liability insured. Every load is logged and delivered to a licensed Merseyside transfer station.
Do I need to be home for the collection?
Only if the rubbish is inside. For garden waste, kerbside piles, or an accessible garage, add a photo and an access note at booking — we’ll load, sweep up, and text you the transfer note when we leave.
What’s the difference between you and a skip?
A skip needs a permit if it sits on the road, stays 3–7 days, and you load it yourself. We arrive in a two-hour window, load in 20–40 minutes, and take everything on the same trip.
Do you handle full house clearances?
End-of-tenancy voids, bereavement, and hoarder jobs. Two-man crew standard, extra hands on request. We work with landlords, letting agents and solicitors, and can post the transfer note to a managing agent.
How do you charge — by van, by weight, or by item?
By van space for standard loads — quarter, half, or full Luton — with per-item surcharges only for the four categories flagged above. The photo you send at booking fixes the price.
