Application and ID verification
Every applicant submits photo ID, proof of address, and two prior-employer references before an interview slot is booked.

Enhanced DBS check submitted
We run an Enhanced check via the Disclosure and Barring Service — not the Basic tier — because crew enter private homes and gardens.

Right-to-work confirmed
Passport, share code, or settled-status document is verified against the Home Office online service and dated in the staff file.

Named on your booking, photo sent
Once cleared, the crew member’s first name and current headshot appear on your booking confirmation and the driver-approaching text.

Re-checked every three years
DBS clearance is refreshed on a 36-month cycle; if a crew member’s status changes mid-cycle, they come off the rota that day.
